Just Perfect Floors is more than our business. It’s something we’ve built together as a family.
Josh was introduced to the flooring trade by his father and has spent years developing the hands-on experience and knowledge he brings to every project. Sarah brings a passion for design, customer experience, and helping people feel confident in the choices they make for their space. Together, our different strengths have shaped Just Perfect Floors into the business it is today.
As our business has grown, our purpose has stayed the same: to take care of people, do quality work, and build relationships that last. Honesty, integrity, hard work, and treating people right are values we believe in both as a family and as business owners.
We treat every home and business as if it were our own, taking pride in keeping each project clean, organized, and cared for from start to finish. We believe how we care for your space throughout the process matters just as much as the finished floor.

The Vision Behind Our Showroom
When we created the Just Perfect Floors showroom, we wanted it to feel different from the traditional flooring store. Our vision was a space that felt welcoming, elevated, and inspiring, where you could slow down, see flooring in person, and actually enjoy making selections for your space.
We intentionally curated our showroom around products and styles we believe in, with larger samples and thoughtful displays that make it easier to picture how flooring will look and feel beyond a small sample.
For us, the showroom is more than a place to shop for flooring. It’s a space where ideas come together and your project begins to take shape.
